The support pages help built confidence by offering support and assembly instructions. Especially for a high-end product like the Everdesk, we knew it would be crucial to help create trust before a potential customer spends a significant amount of money on a product.
Adding the support page shows potential customers that the Everdesk is the real thing. In addition, it helps the Everdesk team point customers with questions to a library of valuable information.
Custom Webflow Checkout
I built a minimal custom checkout, knowing that there would only be one product as a hero in this webshop. The cart design is simple, as it doesn't require handling many items, and when opened, it is overlayed on the screen so that the user never loses track of where they are on the website.
